Admission and Acceptance Standards and Criteria
- Admission appointment is decided over the phone or by filling an online application form.
- Application delivery after filling and printing the online application. Consequently, a visit to the school is arranged.
Upon visiting the school, the following procedures will be done (Pre. K & Kg 1):
- School Tour
- Orientation
- Kid interview
- Parents interview
Students’ placement tests are in the following subjects:
- English
- Math
- Second language
Interview results are released within 2 working days. In case of acceptance, parents will receive an email; however, in case the application is declined candidates receive an email with rejection letter.
Age Guidelines:
- Students are to be placed in the correct year group according to their age.
Please consider the below- mentioned requirements for KG admission:
- Pre K .age is between 2 years and 6 months to 3 and 6 months in the first of October.
- K.G 1 admission age is between 3 and 6 months up to 5 years and 6 months in the first of October.

- Computerized original birth certificate (original for Egyptians and a copy for Non-Egyptians)
- Both Parent’s IDs copies
- Passport size Photos
- previous stamped post cards (transferred student)
- Proof of year of schooling (transferred students)
- Proof of extracurricular activities if exists
- Letter of recommendations from teachers, head of departments, school deputy , school principal if any of the mentioned available ( optional )
- Class rank (if exists)
- Passport copy and citizenship status
- Electronic transfer from the student’s previous school
